How High is High?

Beginning with my hometown's (Columbus, Ohio) iconic skyscraper, The Leveque Tower, which is 555 feet high (169 meters), we set our sights upwards and just keep going!

These are the measurements. Basically, the idea is to take things up by between twice, and three times, as tall, each step of the way.

Really Tall Buildings

Some very tall buildings in the world. Left to right, The Great Pyramid of Giza; 4000 years or more as the tallest structure built by man. The Burj Khalifa, the world's present tallest building, by a long shot. The Empire State Building; approximately half a century as the tallest building in the world. The Shanghai World Financial Center, tallest building in China. The Chrysler Building, STILL the world's most beautiful skyscraper. Landmark Tower, the tallest building in Japan.
